     During our last cost containment meeting Alex Due from Roemer Ins. advised us that if we are having any problems at all with the new insurance to contact them and they will do everything they can to correct the problem or attempt to provide a comparable alternative. If you have prescriptions that are no longer covered with the new plan call them and they can offer suggestions to correct the problem. Any procedures that are not covered with this insurance or have become specialized call them to see if there is a fix. If your Dr. starts sending you to a specialist for items that were previously covered, call them. They also explained that when you are leaving the Dr. office have them bill you for any amount outside the deductible as this sometimes makes a difference in the fees that are absorbed or covered. Any questions at all about the new coverage DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM.
